Prologue

Up in the sky of Terra Nostra there are seven moons. These moons are the homes of the Gods. The light sides home to the Gods of Virtue, and the dark sides belonging to the Gods of Sin. And together they have kept the world in balance.

Or at least that’s what the old tales say.

But as time has pressed ever forward, belief in the Gods has dwindled. For many now the moons are just that, just moons.

That is until the night the Seventh Moon went dark.

No one knows what caused this, but ever since things have been different. People have become more brash and self assures. Certain creatures appearing more frequently, as others seem to grow weaker.

The very same night the moon went dark, a young woman was found on the outskirts of Courtamour. Beaten and bloody, with no recollection of who she was or how she ended up there. She was taken in by the local innkeeper, and slowly nursed back to health.

And here, a couple months on from that fateful night, is where our story begins.
